These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the services provided by Aphrodite Events.

Booking Process

To book an event, please contact us directly. We’ll arrange a discovery call to understand your needs before confirming your booking.

Deposit & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

We accept payments via Revolut, credit/debit card, PayPal, or cash.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date will not incur additional charges.

Cancellations made within 30 days will be charged in full, excluding the deposit already paid.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, illness, or venue issues.

 

Client Responsibilities

Client responsibilities vary by event and will be clarified during the planning process. We recommend discussing any permits, venue access, or third-party requirements in advance.

Liability

Aphrodite Events is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury that may occur during or as a result of your event.

Content Use

By booking with us, you agree that Aphrodite Events may use photographs or video from your event for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
